University roadshow (workshop) – Get Started with Web3 as a Student

In collaboration with the CU Blockchain Society, we recently hosted an event that brought together over 35 students with diverse backgrounds in Web3. This event was a unique blend of knowledge-sharing and skill-building, featuring a lineup of industry veterans and esteemed alumni.

Our speakers included a dynamic mix of professionals: founders from CDAO, a researcher from SCB10X, a developer from Apetimism, a designer from Alles Labs, and a venture capitalist from KXVC. Each shared their experiences, offering students a practical glimpse into the realities of working in the Web3 space. The session was designed to illuminate career opportunities, inspire skill development, and encourage students to explore their potential in this evolving industry.

Beyond the insightful talks, we also hosted a hands-on workshop tailored for those eager to dive deeper into Web3 research. This workshop equipped students with essential tools and methodologies for conducting independent research, empowering them to apply their knowledge and consider future career paths.

The event fostered lively discussions, with students engaging directly with the panelists for personalized advice and deeper insights into the Web3 world. The enthusiasm and curiosity sparked during this event highlighted the growing interest and potential within our student community.
